• Didn’t receive our confirmation or shipping emails? Please check your Spam/Junk folder and mark our messages as “Not Spam” to ensure future updates reach you.
• All tags are custom-made, so changes cannot be made after production begins. If you need to edit the engraving, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
• If there’s a quality issue or engraving error, just send us a photo, we’ll remake the tag free of charge.
