1. Product Warranty - Blucky ID Tags (2 Years)

• All Blucky ID tags come with a 2-year warranty.
• Coverage includes material and manufacturing defects.
• If your tag becomes defective during normal use (e.g. cracks, breakage, engraving issues), we’ll replace it free of charge.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by chewing or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)
  • External impact or accidents

2. Engraving Warranty

• All engravings are made using our signature inverse engraving technique for clarity and durability.
• A special UV-protective clear coating preserves the engraving from wear and fading.
• If the engraving is defective, we will remake and ship a new tag at no cost.

3. Shipping Guarantee

• All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.
• We ship all orders via tracked mail or postal airmail.
• If your tag is damaged or lost during shipping, we will remake and resend it free of charge.
• Tip: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that the recipient’s name is on the mailbox.
